Lesson 198-Only my condemnation injures me.
Keys to this Lesson
Illusion makes illusion.
So you can believe that if you can condemn that you can be injured.
It is your belief that makes it so.
However, if you forgive then you are free and you cannot be injured.
As Jesus says:
Condemn and you are made a prisoner. Forgive and you are freed.
Forgiveness sweeps all other dreams away even though it is itself a dream.
In God’s Reality forgiveness is not needed because nothing has occurred.
Forgiveness is the only road that leads out of disaster, past all suffering, and finally away from death.
Once again Jesus shares its beauty with us:
His words will work. His words will save. His words contain all hope, all blessing and all joy that ever can be found upon this earth. His words are born in God, and come to you with Heaven’s love upon them. Those who hear His words have heard the song of Heaven.
Today we practice letting freedom come to make its home with you. The truth bestows these words upon your mind, that you may find the key to light and let the darkness end:
Only my condemnation injures me.
Only my own forgiveness sets me free.
The time has come today for your freedom.

Central Theme: My mind holds only what I think with God.
This is a fact and represents the truth of What you are and What your Father is.
This thought guarantees salvation, establishes the Son as created by God and co-creator with Him.
Lack of forgiveness can block this thought from our awareness but it is still true.
Illusions are defenses that protect and prevent us from seeing the truth. Yet, our mind still holds only what we think with God.
Begin the day with time devoted to preparation of your mind to the ideas for the day.
They will offer you freedom and peace.
Open your mind, clear it of all thoughts and let this thought alone remove the rest:
My mind holds only what I think with God.
Hold this thought for five minutes.
Read each of the two review lessons.
Close your eyes, and say them slowly to yourself.
Let each word shine with the meaning God has given it.
Each hour of the day bring to your mind the thought with how you began the day:
My mind holds only what I think with God.
Then repeat the two ideas.
Do not add other thoughts, let these messages be as they are.
At the end of the day do the same as the beginning of the day.
