MEDITATION CLASSES TO BEGIN IN MAY

We are still accepting new students into the meditation class. The next session is May 15th.

After that point we cannot accept new students.

The class will also be offered online and as a home study program at a later time.

The Meditation class will start on Sunday, May 1st.

The class will take place on Sundays after Sunday Service for a total of 5 weeks, however we will skip Sunday, May 8th for Mother's Day. The time will be 11:15 am after Sunday Service. Feel free to join us for Sunday Service at 10 am for our ministers' Message and Meditation.

Please Note: This will take the place of the Jon Mundy Book Group during those few weeks. Once the Meditation Class sessions are complete the Book Group will resume.

Meditation Class Starting in May

Through the practice of doubt free meditation feel peaceful, relaxed and joyful. Awaken your intuitive awareness, become clear, find balance, love and compassion.

This course is suitable for anyone who wants to learn how to meditate the most effective and easy way . It will help you to understand the meditative process and how it works to bring about the state of peace and freedom so that you can utilize it in your daily life and profession.

Since this class is sponsored by MiraclesOne whose foundation is based in A Course in Miracles, we will make reference to that particular spiritual text in our sessions and meditations.

Rev. Deb Phelps has been practicing meditation for over 30 years and is a Transformation Meditation Teacher.

MiraclesOne is A Course in Miracles-based spiritual community and church that offers study groups, classes, open meditation sessions and more.

Group Meditation Practice and Support

MiraclesOne offers open meditation sessions on Tuesdays from 6-7 pm, Wednesdays from 12 Noon-1 pm and Fridays from 8-9 am. These are sessions meant to support your practice and join with others in the quiet space of the Divine. Sometimes music is utilized in the background, other times silence.

One-on-One Meditation Support

Rev. Deb Phelps can also work one-on-one with students in their meditation practice. In personal sessions, we will be utilizing technology as created through The Wild Divine Project helmed by Deepak Chopra. Rev. Deb can work with you in this unique 15 step guided meditation program that can help you to bring your mind, body, thoughts, and emotions into alignment using an active feedback process which is similar to biofeedback.
