I bought this as an aid to my daily workbook lessons. It is SOOO helpful. The questions on the page help me focus on what I need to glean from the daily lesson. Previously, I would think about the lesson in a meditation, but by actually having these questions in front of me, and actually writing the answers, it brings the lesson and what I need to learn from it so much more into focus (i.e., my awareness). It's also great to have it set up for each lesson. If I can't get to fill it in, I can do it later or on my next time through the lessons. Eventually, I will have a record to let me know I have, in fact, truly contemplated each one of the workbook lessons. Thanks for this gift!!

For the first time since I started doing the workbook, I am loving the first set of lessons. Usually, I would dread getting through them because I just didn't get why they were important.
