NEW - Meditation Classes

Our meditation classes are drop in classes. Come when your schedule permits.
Suggested Class Donation - $5-$10

Held in our Meditation Area in our Chapel

STARTING IN JULY:

Saturdays at 10-11 am Starting July 7th
Tuesdays at 10-11 am Starting July 10th

Please arrive 5-10 minutes early so we may begin at 10 am.

Take time to refresh or renew your meditation practice. Each week we will learn a new meditation technique, take time to practice and answer your questions on your meditation practice. Before and after the class there is an open meditation period. Individualized support available.
Once we post our regular office hours, you are welcome to go to the chapel for personal meditation during those times.
