Lesson 184 - The Name of God
is my inheritance.
There are
other sights and sounds that are available to us
besides the ones we have already experienced
within the world. The sights and sounds that
Father has given to us, to behold with the help
of the Holy Spirit, are reminders of a place
long forgotten by His Son. The sights and sounds
of Heaven are gifts indeed because they remind
us of a Home long forgotten. They show us that
the world that we perceive now with our eyes and
ears is not real and that there is something
else much greater.
These are
miracles of love indeed because when we perceive
with the Holy Spirit we receive joy and love and
healing at the same time that we see and hear
His gifts. These are His reminders of where we
came from and where we truly belong. These are
calls from Heaven Itself, and once the calls are
perceived, the heart yearns to return to these
True Perceptions more and more over time until
time comes to an end. This Answer, God gave to
you when you forgot who you were. Each time you
hear the Voice for God call to you and you
perceive His Light, you are reminded of another
world to which you must return and will want to
return as your mind is healed from the darkness
it once held. The gifts of the Holy Spirit are
the same for everyone. Each is a reminder that
you are not who you think you are, but instead,
you are a part of something else much greater.
What a
relief it is to begin to discover these gifts
within yourself. Remember to ask the Holy Spirit
to help you to remember the truth about
yourself. Ask Him to show you who you really are
over and over again until your mind has become
willing enough to receive the treasure house of
gifts He has for you. Each pearl He gives to you
will be used to frame the new picture of
yourself as the reflections of Heaven remind you
of Who you really are. You are God's Holy Son!
He loves you and you love Him. Together you
share your love for each other which is beyond
all measure, all comprehension of the world,
forever and ever.
Thank You Father for Your gifts to us. We love
You. Amen.
