Our 5 'R's' for Studying the Course

Very simply it's READ, RELAX, REFLECT, RECEIVE AND REMEMBER

Read with Holy Spirit. Invite Him into the passages you are about to read. Let Him interpret the passages.

Relax with Holy Spirit. Take time to let the words and concepts to soak in.

Reflect with Holy Spirit. Go into silence and quietly reflect upon what you have read.

Receive from Holy Spirit. As you meditate upon what you have read, allow the Holy Spirit to give you insights or messages that will help you to apply the principles into your daily life. You may wish to journal your experience and share with others.

Remember the Truth with Holy Spirit. Finally, remember Who you are. Remember the Love. Remember the lessons presented. Remember that Holy Spirit is there as your Guide and Friend. Ask of Him and it shall be Answered. Remember that this all for your awakening. Remember God.
